Derek Rogers

CFO, Charlotte Behavioral Health Care

Derek Rogers has served as the Chief Financial Officer at Charlotte Behavioral Health Care since 2012. Prior to coming on board at CBHC, Derek was the Senior Auditor for CliftonLarsonAllen, LLP, a large CPA firm in Fort Myers, Florida, where he specialized in government and nonprofit industries, serving counties, cities, school districts, and health care organizations.

Additionally, he has worked on numerous A-133 single audits including several of the largest NFPs, cities and school districts in Arizona. Derek continues his technical expertise in accounting, OMB Circular compliance, and industry specific knowledge through required Continued Professional Education, attending National and State Behavioral Council seminars. Derek holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Michigan State University and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Florida Institute of CPAs, and Michigan Association of CPAs. Derek enjoys spending weekends with his family participating in fun outdoor activities in the beautiful South Florida environment. Since 2015, Derek has volunteered his time serving on the Board of Directors of Drug Free Punta Gorda.
